Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “Even though I do stuff I don’t necessarily like, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself.”

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I accept myself.

Breathing in I love myself.
Breathing out I forgive myself.

I forgive myself for caring about what other people think. I forgive myself for not taking the best care of myself. I forgive myself for being too sensitive. I forgive myself for not standing up for myself more. I forgive myself for not saying what I think.
