The sense of knowing that you exist—the part of you that isn’t your thoughts or your body, but is aware of your thoughts and body—is the lasting peace, love, fulfillment, oneness, validation, security, connection, and freedom you’ve been seeking all your life. By paying attention to that pure awareness (i.e., the substratum of consciousness that we all have in common) we exist in harmony with all that is.
